Amanda Reid   

Hi there, I'm Amanda Reid.  Thanks very much for visiting my website.  I'm pleased to share with you my biggest creative passion- beauty!  Namely, makeup artistry and hairstyling.  As a child, my fascination with beauty began with my first Barbie, she was so beautiful!  I made it my goal to always make sure she was coifed to perfection!  That attention to detail continued into my teens, and later, into adulthood.  After graduating from the University of Toronto with a B.A. in criminology, I switched gears to pursue a career that was more in tune with my premiere interests- the art of makeup, and the creative art form of hairstyling.  I proceeded to study makeup at the School of Makeup Art in Downtown Toronto, and hairstyling at the International Academy of Hair and Design in uptown Toronto.

Now, I have years of industry experience under my belt.  I've tackled various genres such as t.v, film, bridal, fashion photography, print, commercial, and corporate shooting.  As well, I work on a private basis with many different clients for corporate functions, special events, proms, showers, birthday parties, and personal photos.  You name it, I've done it!  I enjoy all areas of this business, though my greatest satisfaction has come from the launch of my YPP program.  This program, called "Your Personal Palette," has allowed me to enable women of all ages, races, cultural backgrounds, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, and professional outlets, to look and feel their best always.  Your Personal Palette is an empowering program that women all over the country will benefit from and must without question invest in.  Why?  Because every woman should feel beautiful!
